Josh and his whole team were so incredible throughout the whole process. It took my wife and I 5+ months of looking at houses to find THE ONE. Josh was so patient throughout those months and gladly showed us any home we thought we were interested in. Once we found the one they acted fast and got us the best offer! Once we were in due diligence Kristy was fantastic at staying on top of everything and making sure we had everything we needed on time as well as following up with the lender to get things done quickly. 10/10 an excellent experience.
